Blind Babies Foundation is pleased to announce the creation of the Circle Club. The Circle Club was founded to encourage and celebrate Blind Babies Foundation donors. In addition to the benefits listed below, all Circle Club members are invited to take part in the Annual Circle Club Reception. The first Circle Club Reception will take place in the Spring of 2012.
Family Circle – $50 Family Circle members will receive Newsletter, email alerts, and have their name printed on Circle Club banner on display at Blind Babies Foundation Offices.
Home Circle – $100 Home Circle members will receive all of the above, plus advance invitations to all Blind Babies Foundation events. Events include the Beeper Egg Hunt and Annual Golf Tournament.
Friend Cir
cle – $250 Friend Circle members will receive all of the above, plus, special recognition in Blind Babies Foundation’s Annual Report and special seating at the Circle Club Reception.
Mentor Circle – $500 Mentor Circle members will receive all of the above, plus, their name will be inscribed on ceramic tiles inside the hand print of a child served by Blind Babies Foundation. Ceramic tiles will be prominently displayed at Blind Babies Foundation Offices and during the Circle Club Reception.
Community Circle – $1,000 Community Circle members will receive all of the above, plus, reserved seating at Circle Club Reception and special recognition in reception program.
Your contributions will provide the following:
$50 provides transportation to a doctor’s appointment for a family of limited means.
$100 provides a family with specially designed toys to enhance a child’s early development.
$250 ensures that a Vision Impairment Specialist can accompany a family to a medical appointment.
$500 will allow a Vision Impairment Specialist to provide a week’s worth of home based services to a family with a child who is visually impaired.
$1,000 provides a comprehensive in-home evaluation and individual action plan for a child who is visually impaired.
Blind Babies Foundation is committed to providing the
highest quality service to all families with children who are blind or visually impaired. Blind Babies Foundation provides services at no cost to the family. Your gift ensures that – When an infant or preschooler is identified as blind or visually impaired, Blind Babies Foundation provides family centered services to promote the child’s optimal development and access to the world.
